Welcome to Summerfield Recreation Association!

Summerfield Recreation Association (SRA) is more than just a place to play sports. It is a non-profit organization that is about learning to play a sport, becoming a member of a team, and growing as player. SRA is about creating memories and making lifelong friends. We are located in Summerfield, North Carolina; however, everyone is welcome to register. Hundreds of children from the triad region come to participate every season. We are built with a team of dedicated volunteers, from parents helping on and off the fields & courts, to generous community sponsors and volunteers who spend countless hours every year to give our local youth the opportunity to play recreational sports.

Baseball

Registration – Spring Opens January 1 / Fall Opens July 1

Spring baseball season runs from February to June. The fall season runs from August to November. Leagues are available for ages 4 -15.

Softball

Registration – Spring Opens January 1 / Fall Opens July 1

Spring softball season runs from February to June. The fall season runs from August to November. Leagues are available for ages 4 -10.

Basketball

Registration – Opens in the fall

Basketball season runs from November to mid-February. Leagues are available for girls 5 -13 and boys 5 -14.

Cheerleading

Registration – Opens July 15

Cheerleading season runs from October through February. Squads available for all elementary-aged children.
